Holiday freshness



The holidays are full of different treats and sweets, but one stands out. What is it? You may already have an idea, but do you really know? I will provide significant details about this holiday treat; you can guess it at the end! 

Looking at this treat, I immediately see it is more extensive and may even be more prominent than my hand. I grab it, and it feels strong yet delicate. It's almost as if it could break at the slightest drop or if it's even bent wrong. It is long, has a thin curve at the tip, and many stripes. This treat can go nicely on a Christmas tree. The packaging is transparent to show the festive red and white colors. The wrapping doesn't make much noise, but it's hard to get off.


When I put the opposite end of the curve in my mouth, I am met with a burst of flavor! The sweetness envelops my mouth. I bite down, and a piece sits in my mouth for a good minute before it finally dissolves into nothing. I suck on the treat instead of bitting down this time and it leaves a lasting flavor in my mouth. Lastly, I take a bite and crunch on it; the bites are crunchy and crisp, refreshing my mouth.


This sweet reminds me of the holidays I've spent with my family and friends. I would decorate the tree with my mother and sneak off with these sweets whenever possible. I remember the feeling of thinking Santa would take some of the holiday cookies with the sweet treat in them and like them more, so I would have my mother incorporate them into the cookies.

Food Convenience

Entry #9 Convenience Image source Americans are all for convenience. But when is too much convenience too much? We are constantly seeking the quickest solution to all our problems, for example, easy and fast ways to lose weight, get abs, gain muscle, get married, get a good job, etc. But the main thing we go for is the fastest way to eat and get food.  Entry #6 Smiles When it comes to smiles, all are beautiful in their own unique way. Whether they have dimples, braces, gummy smiles, toothy smiles, gap teeth, or even missing ones, they are all beautiful as a sign of happiness.
